Comedy Central Renews Brickleberry!
Good news, fans of foul-mouthed bear cubs! Comedy Central has just ordered up a 13-episode second season for Brickleberry, the hit animated series from Daniel Tosh, Waco O’Guin and Roger Black.
“We are happy to continue educating America’s youth about nature, and the national conservation movement,” said Comedy Central’s Head of Original Programming and Production Kent Alterman.
“This is incredible news!” said O’Guin.  “I can’t wait to get more angry phone calls from my mother.”
“Now I can pay off my Chevy Cobalt,” added Black.
You can look for Season Two when it premieres next fall. In the meantime, Season One continues Wednesday with an all-new episode at 10:30/9:30c.

Countdown to Brickleberry: “Two Weeks Notice” Stills

Now that you’ve met all of Brickleberry’s main characters, we’ve got some stills from upcoming episodes to share with you.

First up, the episode “Two Weeks Notice.” As you can see, it features a creepy clown and a shirtless man with a gun, so naturally these images bring back a lot of memories from my prom night.

The series premiere of Brickleberry airs Tuesday at 10:30/9:30c after an all-new Tosh.0.

BRICKLEBERRY - the new show we’re scoring with our friends at Circle of Sound. Premieres Sept. 25th on Comedy Central.
Revealed: Characters for Daniel Tosh’s new animated show ‘Brickleberry’ (Exclusive)
Despite his standing as the network’s highest-rated figure, a lot hasn’t been said about Brickleberry, the animated series Daniel Tosh is executive producing. Slowly but surely, details have emerged, namely that it’s premiering Sept. 25 and that its voice cast includes Tom Kenny, most famous for his work as SpongeBob SquarePants on Nickelodeon. We also know Kenny’s co-stars: Kaitlin Olson (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), David Herman (Mad TV) and Jerry Minor (Mr. Show, Saturday Night Live). But what we didn’t know, is who will play who– except Tosh, who plays the little angry bear, Malloy.
But now, Laughspin can reveal exclusively the show’s main characters’ names and which of the above stars will voice them.
“Connie” (the large red-headed woman) will be voiced by Roger Black, who’s a co-creator (with Waco O’Guin) and co-executive producer on the series. “Ethel,” the blond, will be voiced by Kaitlin Olson; David Herman will voice Steve (center); Woody, the large dude with the slammin ‘stache, belongs to Tom Kenny; Jerry Minor plays “Denzel,” and, of course, that’s Tosh as the wee bear.
Exciting, right? We’ll keep you posted as we learn more about this series about a dysfunctional group of park rangers. For now, you can start writing fan fiction and posting each episode on your Tumblr.
